1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please contact us at info@MontavillaPlumb.com within 7 days of service completion. We will assess the issue and may offer a reservice or a partial refund at our discretion.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was not completed as agreed or did not resolve the specified issue.
  • There was an error or fault in the service caused by our technicians.
  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of service completion.

All refund requests must be made in writing and include relevant details such as the service invoice, description of the issue, and any supporting photos or documentation.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed services where the problem has been resolved.
  • Emergency or after-hours services where work was necessary and performed.
  • Drain cleaning services where blockages have been temporarily cleared but may reoccur due to underlying plumbing issues.
  • Services where third-party interference (such as other contractors) has affected the results.
  • Any work that was altered or modified after our service was performed.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Submit a written request to info@MontavillaPlumb.com within 7 days of service completion.
  • Include the service invoice, a detailed explanation of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
  • Once reviewed, we will contact you within 5 business days to discuss possible resolutions, including reservice or a partial refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration under the laws of the state where the service was provided.
